Our firm's focus is to help people obtain Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits.

Our disability lawyers can handle claims at every administrative level, from application to ALJ hearing, and even to the Appeals Council.

Our Social Security practice is NATIONWIDE.

More than 35,000 individuals, people like you, have been helped by our attorneys since 1994. There are numerous reasons to call us first before you apply for Social Security Disability or SSI.

We make it easy. We can handle almost everything by phone, fax and e-mail, enabling you to work with us from anywhere in the U.S., without having to leave the comfort of your own home.

We help from the beginning. Unlike many firms, we will help you apply and try to win your case at the initial level. If we can help you win at the beginning, then you will win much faster and usually pay a much smaller attorney fee.

We do not like to give up. If your claim is denied the first time or the second time, we will keep fighting for the benefits you deserve. We do what it takes to serve the best interests of our clients.

We believe in personal service. We are client-focused. If we accept your case, you will have the personal service from our firm that includes your disability attorney and your case. Together, you and our team will work to prove your case to Social Security. Our goal is to make sure we are here when you need us.

We know what works. After successfully handling thousands of cases, we also know various ways to expedite claims so our clients do not have to wait months or years unnecessarily.

We work hard to speed up the process. We know it is in your best interests to be approved for these benefits as fast as possible, and we pride ourselves on working quickly, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
Workers Compensation
In PA and NJ our lawyers help people obtain the money they deserve for injuries sustained while in the course of employment. If you lost wages due to a work injury, you may be entitled to money and medical benefits.
Your employer has a legal responsibility to provide a safe work environment. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, close to 3.0 million workplace injuries and illnesses occurred throughout the country in 2012. Workplace accidents can occur in any industry or working environment, although they are more prevalent in such dangerous sectors as construction, the gas and oil industries, and in manufacturing. Even office workers, hospital workers, retail store workers, and warehouse workers can suffer workplace injuries from an accident. Accidents can also include traffic accidents for those employees who drive as part of their workplace duties.

If you were hurt in the course of employment and, as a result, lost wages, incurred medical expenses, or experienced pain and suffering, you may be entitled to money. The attorneys at the Law Offices of Eric Shore are ready to prove your case and get you the Workers' Compensation benefits that you deserve!
