Dan also represents and advises a wide range of clients in local, regional, and national business and governmental matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in zoning, planning, land use, and eminent domain proceedings. Prior to private practice, Dan served in several key positions in Kansas state government.
An active member of his community, Dan has held leadership roles in numerous local, regional, and national non-profit organizations. He currently serves as a board member for the MS Society Mid-America Chapter, and is Co-Chair of Economic Lifelines, a statewide transportation coalition. He has also recently served as chair of the Kansas Bioscience Authority and the Kansas Development Finance Authority.
