I practice almost exclusively Criminal Defense and DUI Defense, relentlessly pursuing satisfactory results for my clients - whether that be a Not Guilty verdict at trial, a dismissal of the charge(s) before trial, or a reduction in the charge(s) and/or potential punishment.
I represent clients accused of any criminal allegations, ranging from low level misdemeanors to serious and violent felonies.
Outside of Criminal Law, I handle Restraining Order matters for both Petitioner and Respondent, as well as Juvenile Dependency/Children's Court matters.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
Many law firms implement a business model with named partners who retain the clients and then hand off the files to junior associates who know nothing about your case and little about the practice of law. Others consist of lawyers who boast 30 plus years of experience but lack the enthusiasm or motivation to diligently put the appropriate amount of time and care into your matter once hired.
At my firm, i handle every aspect of your case, from start to finish, leaving no question unanswered and no stone unturned. With the background of an internship with the Los Angeles County DA's office in law school and 7 years exclusively practicing Criminal Defense throughout Los Angeles County and it's surrounding Counties, I combine my practical experience with an unmatched level of determination and persistence to obtain the best results possible for you, the client.
I received my undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance in 2002 from the University of Southern California. I attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles on a full tuition merit scholarship and graduated top 20% of my class. During law school I interned with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, assisting in various phases of the prosecution of dozens of drug offenses, sex crimes, and homicide cases. Since becoming a member of the California State Bar in 2007, I have committed my practice of law to zealously defending the accused.
