(1999, Widener University School of Law).  Mr. Legreide handles the Firm's workers compensation matters, as well employment matters and properties issues handled by the firm.  Mr. Legreide is licensed to practice in New Jersey.

Sohail Shapar, Esq.

(2006, Hofstra University School of Law).  Since 1999 Mr. Shahpar has worked as a Major League Baseball Players Association Certified Agent representing clients in contract negotiations, endorsement deals, and arbitration.  Mr. Shahpar joined the Firm in 2008 and specializes his practice to employment matters such as contracts and severance agreements, as well as municipal traffic matters, real estate closings, and landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Shahpar is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Jamison Mark


JAMISON M. MARK, ESQ. (1999 Widener University School of Law). Prior to becoming licensed in New Jersey, Mr. Mark was an Assistance Deputy Attorney General in Delaware, where he gained extensive trial experience. Prior to starting his own Firm, Mr. Mark was employed by defense firms where he gained valuable experience and insight into the internal dealings of employers and management in both the private and public sectors.

As part of Mr. Mark's practice he has represented employees and citizens of this State against multi-million dollar companies, as well as state and local municipal government. In doing so, Mr. Mark has zealously provided representation to his clients whose rights have been violated, and he has prosecuted all types of matters involving NJ Civil Rights violations, 42 U.S.C.
