Jamison Mark, Esq.

JAMISON M. MARK, ESQ. (1999 Widener University School of Law). Prior to becoming licensed in New Jersey, Mr. Mark was an Assistance Deputy Attorney General in Delaware, where he gained extensive trial experience. Prior to starting his own Firm, Mr. Mark was employed by defense firms where he gained valuable experience and insight into the internal dealings of employers and management in both the private and public sectors.

As part of Mr. Mark's practice he has represented employees and citizens of this State against multi-million dollar companies, as well as state and local municipal government. In doing so, Mr. Mark has zealously provided representation to his clients whose rights have been violated, and he has prosecuted all types of matters involving NJ Civil Rights violations, 42 U.S.C.

Frank Butterfield, Esq.

Frank joined Mark Law Firm, LLC in June 2012 as of Counsel and is now an associate with the firm.

Frank's primary practice area for the Firm is in Education Law, representing children and families in Bullying, School Discrimination, Student Civil Rights violations. Frank also represents residential Landlords in all tenant matters. In addition, for over 15 years Frank has been practicing Labor & Employment Law, with a focus on Workplace Discrimination, Harassment and Wrongful Termination litigation, as well as Commercial and Business Litigation.

Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Geology and Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1993. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1998. He is a member of both the New Jersey and New York Bars.

In addition to the practice of law, Frank has served on a number of Boards and Commissions for the Borough of Roseland, Essex County, both as an elected and appointed official. Frank was elected to the Roseland Board of Education and served from 2006 to 2010, including serving as Board President during the 2009-2010 school year. Frank was an appointed Commissioner on the Borough of Roseland Environmental Commission from 2005 to 2012, where he also served a Chairman. Frank currently serves as a trustee and past President of the Camp Wyanokie Commission - a multi-town commission that manages 150 acre recreational and wildlife preserve located in West Milford, NJ. Finally, from 2006 to 2014, Frank volunteered as the Cub Master for the Roseland Cub Scouts, Pack 801.

Jennifer Casazza, Esq.

Ms. Casazza joined the firm as of December 2014. Prior to her employment with Mark Law Firm, LLC, Jennifer worked for the NJ Department of Law providing representation in employment litigation lawsuits.

Now with the Firm, Jennifer's practice is focused on employment matters representing clients in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as Whistleblowers, Wage & Hour, Prevailing Wage and Contract Disputes. Jennifer also handles Workers Compensation, Municipal Court, and Landlord Tenant matters.

Dana Marigliano, Esq.

Since 2015 Dana has worked with our firm focusing on employment matters, business contracts, Workers Compensation and Education Law. Mrs. Marigliano is licensed to practice in New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Dana worked on Wall Street for Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, in Executive Communications and Anti-Money Laundering Department, respectively.

Sohail Shapar, Esq.

Since 1999 Mr. Shahpar has worked as a Major League Baseball Players Association Certified Agent representing clients in contract negotiations, endorsement deals, and arbitration. Mr. Shahpar joined the Firm in 2008 and focuses his practice to employment matters such as contracts and severance agreements, as well as municipal traffic matters, real estate closings, and landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Shahpar is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Victor S. Broccoli, Esq.

Mr. Broccoli has joined the firm as of October 2015. Prior to his employment with the Mark Law Firm, Victor worked for a firm in Bergen County representing clients in personal injury, workers' compensation, and municipal matters. He also ran his own law practice that specialized in criminal and matrimonial law in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.
