Foreclosure
Aggressive representation and low monthly rates.
If you are facing foreclosure in New Mexico, we can help. A little known fact is that foreclosure is never immediate. Bank and lenders must file and win a lawsuit in court before they can actually take your property.

Banks make an incredible numbers of errors in processing foreclosures, loan modifications and loss mitigation. These mistakes can lead to lender liability and frequently lead to either favorable settlements or result in a significant delay before you have to leave your home.

Unlike other foreclosure defense firms, the Ortiz Law Firm works to take advantage of these bank errors to keep you in your home. Eric Ortiz has a strong track record of delaying eviction or a favorable workout.

Probate
Aggressive and strategic representation.
Eric Ortiz Law has considerable experience handling the most contentious of probate disputes. Probate litigation can be both very emotional and monetarily burdensome. Most people prefer a quick resolution so the family can put the entire process behind them and, in many instances, finally feel that they can properly grieve for their loss. It is for that reason we offer an aggressive and strategic approach to resolving all disputes as quickly as possible.

There he honed his skills in complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy, while developing an interest in personal injury and family law.

In the Ortiz Law Firm, Eric is able to continue to pursue his interest in diverse aspects of the law and use his considerable expertise and energy to help his clients settle their claims quickly and successfully.
