Jordan C. Fox is one of the founding partners of the New York City law firm Belluck & Fox, L.L.P. A dedicated attorney who serves his clients with integrity and skill, Mr. Fox focuses his practice on asbestos exposure and environmental injuries. While he has more than two decades of experience successfully litigating product liability cases, he also draws from his experience as a former prosecutor to represent crime victims in civil litigation.
Mr. Fox's numerous successes include a landmark judgment against Sears Roebuck for selling products that caused mesothelioma. It was the first asbestos case against a major national retailer. In a separate case, he secured $18.5 million in damages for five individuals who died from mesothelioma. His verdicts have been featured in The National Law Journal annual list of exemplary verdicts on two occasions.
Mr. Fox graduated from Hofstra University School of Law. After law school, he worked in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office as a prosecutor in the special victims section. He is admitted to practice in New York.
