It will be important to hire Central Florida Criminal Defense Lawyer Chris Kaigle.
How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
As a lover of our Constitution with a natural distrust of government, I believe the most important job of a lawyer is to defend our people's rights and liberties.
Throughout history, governments have always tried to erode the very fabric that makes us human. Fortunately, we have a legal process that keeps the government in check in America.
Our last line of defense are the skilled and fearless criminal defense lawyers who are willing to stand up and be the shield and sword in defense of their clients. Holding the government to its promises of equal justice under the law and ensure that police are not overreaching, is the greatest gift a lawyer can give to society.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work as an attorney at the Orange County Public Defender's Office in Orlando, Florida. While there, I represented thousands of people who could not afford to hire an attorney and tried numerous cases. Handling virtually every type of crime, I quickly honed my trial skills and developed a reputation as a no-nonsense trial lawyer who wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty.
This unique experience gives me an edge since I have handled virtually every type of crime and have represented people from all walks of life. My time at the Public Defender's Office also made me well aware of the tough economic times we currently live in and I am proud to structure my fees to meet any budget. By offering flexible payment plans, I find that I am able to accommodate almost anyone.
This, combined with my trial experience and dedication to my clients, clearly sets me aside from other Criminal Defense Attorneys in Central Florida.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
I don't use fancy marketing strategies as a replacement for quality and aggressive legal representation. My firm's goals are straightforward and to the point.
Our goal from day one has always been simple: provide excellent and effective legal representation at all stages of the criminal process.
Unlike other law firms, the Kaigle Law Firm is not a "business" but rather a practice. Our focus is on getting the best results for our clients at every stage of the process, not making as much money as possible.
I am a natural Floridian who was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from high school, I attended the University of Central Florida where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Shortly thereafter, I enrolled in law school at the University of Florida where I earned my Juris Doctorate.
After passing the Florida Bar, I began working at the Office of the Public Defender in Orlando, Florida. Handling thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases, I quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to the felony division in less than a year.
My tenure at the Public Defender's Office gave me an opportunity to sharpen my trial skills and develop the reputation that stays with me to this day: an aggressive and fearless trial lawyer who will fight tooth and nail for his clients.
Today, I continue my journey to help those accused of a crime. Whether the crime be a misdemeanor or felony, my dedication, trial experience, and no-nonsense attitude provides my clients with the very best in legal representation.
