PERMANENT RESIDENCE (aka "Green Card"): Permanent Residence allows a person to live and work anywhere in the United States for an indefinite period of time. We help people obtain green cards through (a) family members who are U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents, and (b) employment by a U.S. company or their own extraordinary talents.

TEMPORARY VISAS: A temporary visa allows a person to enter the U.S. for a specific purpose and to stay for a limited amount of time. Our firm provides legal representation for people seeking to come to the U.S. under temporary visas, including:
E-2 Visas for investors;
H-1B Visas for people in specialty occupations;
J-1 Visas for exchange visitors coming to study, work, or train;
K-1 Visas for fiances of U.S. citizens;
L-1A Visas for intra-company transferees; and
O-1 Visas for people with extraordinary abilities in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics.

UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP: U.S. Citizenship can be acquired at birth, as a child through naturalization of a parent, or through naturalization as an adult after becoming a Permanent Resident. Our firm helps resolve any issues or questions related to U.S. citizenship, as well as provides counsel and assistance in obtaining U.S. Citizenship through naturalization.
