Jennifer A. Grady, Esq. founded The Grady Firm, P.C. with a passion for helping entrepreneurs and their families achieve the American Dream of freedom, opportunity, self-sufficiency, and success.
Ms. Grady uses her Spanish language fluency, interest in foreign cultures, and experience living and traveling abroad to relate to her immigration clients. She combines her business acumen with immigration knowledge to help her clients not only apply for/adjust their immigration status, but to open their own businesses in the United States.
In addition, Ms. Grady helps solve problems for small and mid-sized businesses owners so that they can focus on managing and expanding their businesses. As a second-generation entrepreneur, she has a unique insight into overcoming the obstacles that small business owners face, and is able to use her background to help her clients reach their goals. Ms. Grady is especially empathetic to the needs of her clients after representing close family members in business litigation matters. She uses this experience, along with her background as an attorney, mediator, and business owner, to bring a unique perspective to each client's matter and teach her clients how to reduce their liability for potential lawsuits.
Ms. Grady specializes in Business and Employment Advising; and Immigration. She is also a consulting attorney to the law firm of Sharma Kliche, LLP.
Ms. Grady obtained a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine Law School (ranked #1 in the nation), directed over thirty mediations in small claims court, and became a certified mediator. At Loyola Law School, she earned numerous accolades as a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, and as a finalist at the Jessup International Moot Court Pacific Regional Competition.
Ms. Grady enjoys traveling, outdoor sports, and photography. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Grady published numerous articles, reviews, and biographies for music magazines, websites, and record labels.
