Amy Dunn is a trial attorney specializing in civil litigation. She focuses her practice on personal injury, auto accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, wrongful deaths, dignitary torts, negligence, premises liability, and consumer law (Deceptive Trade Practices Act).
Prior to starting her own law firm, Ms. Dunn worked at a number of litigation firms and as a corporate attorney in New York City. She was assigned to the Discover Card matter against Visa/Mastercard which resulted in the largest antitrust settlement in U.S. history.
Ms. Dunn also worked overseas in India on behalf of Fortune 500 companies--specifically with matters involving SEC investigations and Wall Street banking. Although Amy Dunn enjoyed working in the corporate sector in New York and valued her time on international shores, she could not wait to come back to Texas, the only place she has ever called "home."
Amy was born and raised in Texas and is fluent in conversational Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. She has lived in England, Taiwan, India, California, and New York--places that provide Ms. Dunn a world perspective to relate to her clients of all cultures and ethnicities.
Ms. Dunn received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from New York Law School in 2005 and served as Class Senator. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduated on the Dean's List and spent a summer at Oxford University studying English literature.
