If you have trouble with the IRS, FTB or another taxing authority, we can provide you the help you need to resolve the dispute in the way that is most favorable and productive to you. Whether you are looking to settle, get on a payment plan, or submit an Offer in Compromise, we can guide you through the process and communicate with the taxation authority for you. We also can represent you in Tax Court if that is in your best interests.
Our fee structure is based on a flat fee approach for planning services and capped retainers for controversy work. A capped retainer means that your case will be given an hours estimate upfront with a corresponding retainer calculated at the firm's hourly rate. If your case takes more hours than the capped retained you will not be billed unless a substantially different issue outside the scope of the original agreement is at hand. This makes it more affordable and easier to plan for you.
