Firm Overview

The Buck Law Firm is dedicated to representing the rights of persons diagnosed with mesothelioma and other asbestos cancers in Georgia. The Buck Law Firm holds the distinction of obtaining the largest asbestos-related personal injury jury verdict ever entered in Georgia ($10,500,000.00) in July of 2010. Our firm also assists families with administrative trust claims set up for the benefit of asbestos victims.

Example cases

Our clients range from a 42-year old school teacher exposed to asbestos from joint compound used during the construction of her childhood home in the 1970's as well as asbestos brought home on her father's work clothes--to a 92-year old vice president of an insulation company. We have represented bakery workers, brake workers, mechanics, pulp/paper mill workers and others exposed to asbestos from one or more of the 3,000 asbestos products in use in the United States during the 1960's and 1970's.
