Example cases

We have successfully handled thousands of disability claims over those years. We have countless success storied that we have achieved for our clients. We had a client with severe radiculopathy with residual nerve damage come to our firm after she was denied long term disability benefits from a large insurance carrier. After preparing a comprehensive appeal on her behalf we were able to have her decision reversed and convince the insurance company to pay her monthly long term disability benefits. We have assisted a young twenty year old boy obtain social security disability benefits after he was initially denied by the Social Security Administration. We appeared at a hearing on his behalf and after testimony and submitting supporting medical evidence, we were able to help him get the benefits that he so desperately needed and was entitled to receive.
