How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Baror Law focuses on employment law because the workplace is where people spend most of their waking hours. If you are harassed or discriminated against in the workplace, it affects your mental and physical health. We are here to help you put the pieces back together again through the vindication of your rights in the court system. That is why we have chosen to place a 100% focus on employment law.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

As Baror Law's Managing Partner, I have experience with every facet of a case, from client intake to prevailing at the Court of Appeals. I will handle your case with great care from the moment you walk in the door, through any necessary administrative process, through mediation, to trial if necessary, and to the appellate level. You will have continuous one-on-one interaction with me and, unlike at some other law firms, you will never have your case farmed out to an associate or lower level attorney.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

At Baror Law, the client always comes first, no matter what. The advice we give will always be to your benefit, not to ours. When you retain Baror Law, you will have almost unfettered 24 hour access to Managing Partner Robert J. Baror, who will relentlessly focus on every angle of your case. At Baror Law, you are not just another file, your case is personal and we treat every client who walks in the door as if they have the most important case in the world, because to that client it is the most important case in the world.
