We also handle most real estate matters. We also handle Chapter 7 bankruptcies for individuals. Please note that often if you own your own business you may file for bankruptcy through Chapter 7 and may not necessarily need to file under Chapter 11, which is complex and extremely expensive. Ted Greene, the founder of The Law Offices Ted A. Greene, Inc., has years of experience Bankruptcy, real estate brokerage, title insurance, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Greene began his career in the United States Air Force and then went on to successfully own and operate several large Sacramento businesses before entering law school and becoming a licensed attorney in California. Shortly afterwards, Ted obtained his real estate broker license.
