Clients are not always best-served by large overhead-intensive firms that assign new client matters to their least-experienced, over-worked, associates. My experience at larger firms led me to the conclusion that the traditional law firm business model is fundamentally flawed. There, clients are typically charged at hourly rates and receive bills for every minute worked on their cases, even if the work only consists of an email, phone call, or fax. Moreover, attorneys at these firms have hourly billing and bonus quotas that encourage them to unnecessarily bill more time on your case.
We are different. We focus on building lifetime relationships with our clients and offer flat-rate billing for the majority of our work so that you know exactly what a project will cost before you agree to hire us. This allows us the freedom to truly get to know you without your having to worry about getting a bill after every time we meet or speak with each other. At the same time, the systems we've developed ensure we are able to efficiently gather all the information needed to draft wills, trusts, special needs trusts, and elder law plans tailored to your specific needs and that will work when they are needed most.
Our goal is to give you the piece of mind that your family and loved ones will be taken care of and that your assets (and I don't just mean money and property) will pass to the next generation in the way you intend. Again, welcome! We hope to meet you soon.
