Kansas Legal Mal Practice Lawyer

Firm Overview

At Swinnen & Associates, you will find dedicated advocates who zealously represent their clients.

We are no-nonsense, take-no-prisoners lawyers who believe in using every legal skill at our disposal to fight for of our clients.

The firm is dedicated to meeting all of our clients' needs. We are small enough to provide personal relationships and offer cost-effective representation, yet we have the staff, experience and resources to handle complex cases and move cases as quickly as possible to settlement or trial.

Most of our cases come to us by referral from former, satisfied clients who have benefited from our expertise and efforts. Navigating the legal system can be difficult and scary at times, which is why our clients receive personal attention and why we handle our clients cases they way we would want ours to be handled. Your case will be handled personally by our attorneys, not a case manager or legal assistant.

From the very first consultation, we are honest and straightforward with our clients about what they can realistically expect to occur in their case. We will listen carefully to your concerns and fully explain the areas of law involved and the steps in the legal process. It

"The client comes first"

Our Clients are the heart and soul of our practice. Our Topeka, Kansas personal injury practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of injured persons and their families. The philosophy at Swinnen & Associates is different from that of other law firms. If you do not need an attorney, we will tell you. We choose to limit our practice to only cases where people are seriously injured and which we feel are meritorious. We believe in a no nonsense approach to legal services. We do not represent insurance companies, corporations or governmental agencies and never will. Because of that, we have an exclusive sense of loyalty to our clients and the unique needs that injured people have.

When one of our clients is seriously injured, we take it personally. We know it can devastate their life in many ways. This includes not only the physical injuries, but it also includes their ability to earn a living for themselves and their family. A serious injury affects the whole family. Everyone in the family has been injured in a sense.

At the personal injury law firm of Swinnen & Associates, our clients choose us not just because of our record of major verdicts and settlements, but because we are genuinely interested in their well-being. We provide dedicated and personalized service to our clients, as well as experienced legal representation.
