Estate Planning
Estate Planning is the process whereby a person develops a plan and prepares documents to conserve, protect and distribute estate assets before and after death for the benefit of loved ones and charitable organizations.
The application of federal and state tax laws are an inherent part of the process. You should have an estate plan if:

-You care about who inherits your property
-You care about your health care treatment
-You are the parent of minor or disabled children

The estate planning process also involves the preparation of powers of attorney, health care proxies and living will - instruments which will protect your assets if you become disabled or are unable to make health care decisions for yourself.

Estate, gift and fiduciary income tax return preparation:

In the administration of trusts and estates, primary importance is placed on fulfilling the reporting requirements of the estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax laws. Additionally, trusts and estates are separate taxpayers and are required to file fiduciary income tax returns to report income they receive. We have the expertise and experience to prepare such returns, as well as to prepare required court inventories and accountings.
