How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

To help people find solutions that work for them and their families, both at home and at work.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I support clients in helping them understand the legal, factual, and procedural issues in their cases. I try and encourage my Family Law clients to manage and control costs in their case by doing at least some of the legal work on factual issues, so they have a better and stronger case with less expense.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I work with clients to draft effective documents. I do not provide unbundled legal services.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I offer half hour free initial consultations to help clients understand what kinds of challenges they face in Family Law. I provide initial screening interviews by telephone in Employment Law cases before setting an initial meeting.
