Firm Overview

The law firm has been in existence since 1998. Prior to that, the founders were both partners in a large, respected Denver area law firm.

We are located near the intersection of West Ken Caryl Ave. and C-470 in Southwest Denver. Access is convenient from Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and all Jefferson County.

Our unemployment appeal fees are capped at $850 for full service from filing of the appeal through hearing. We also prepare clients to represent themselves for a hourly fee which seldom exceeds $250. Your chances of winning are better if you consult us before you file your appeal.

We represent employers against unemployment audits.

We petition for or resist conservatorships and guardianships. In general terms, a conservator manages a ward's assets. A guardian makes life choices for the ward. We help people to be appointed personal representative and probate estates. We prosecute and defend claims challenging a will for lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence.
