Firm Overview

While he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in maximizing recoveries on behalf of his clients, he is never too busy, nor does he consider himself too important, to stop and answer his client's questions personally. Stewart takes great pride in doing whatever it takes to protect his clients' rights and maximize their recovery. Stewart is a husband and proud father of two. He has had the unfortunate need to represent his own family in a serious injury claim. Stewart's commitment is to treat his clients as if they were his own family.

The approach Stewart takes with his clients is more like one of friendship than one of client-attorney relationship. He doesn't know any other way to approach the practice of law. Read Stewart's numerous reviews from former clients and see how those clients feel about him and his level of service and dedication.

"I treat all my clients like friends and family, and it makes me work very hard for them. I look forward to going to work because of the relationships with my clients and the fact that I get to help each and every one, every day."

Auto Accident
Dealing with the insurance companies and adjusters after an auto accident can be a nightmare. Sometimes it seems like they think their job is to DENY a car accident claim, not to PAY it! You need a strong yet approachable advocate on your side.
If you have already been through this before in your life, you know there is a LOT to worry about after that crash! Is everyone okay? Are the police coming? Is your car drivable? Do you need an ambulance? The first and most important thing to worry about is the health and safety of those involved in the crash and the other drivers on the road. Take care of your injuries, first and foremost. But what about hours later, or the next day? A car accident is a complex situation, and you have many legal rights and responsibilities. This is where an experienced car accident attorney like Stewart Guss can help.

We also help victims of other types of vehicle accidents as well as, slip and fall, premises liability, motorcycle injuries, bicycle injuries, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and all types of insurance claims.

We are more than happy to answer your questions: Get in touch today! Remember, all initial consultations are completely free of charge, and we do not charge any fees unless we win your case.
