We have represented institutional lenders in financing projects up to $100 Million. What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Each of our attorneys is experienced in commercial real estate law. We focus on staying up-to-date on new developments and providing our clients with cutting edge representation at a lower price than many of our competitors. How do we do it? By keeping overhead low and only using experienced attorneys. You won't see fancy art in our offices or inexperienced attorneys getting their training on your matters. What you will see is no-nonsense quality skills put to work at often a fraction of the price of what you might expect.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our focus on Commercial Real Estate Law, our competitive prices, and our substantial expertise in one area of the law distinguish our firm. We don't try to be all things to all people. We practice one area of the law, and we do it well. Our fees are well below that of partners in the larger firms in our region. For example, our attorneys generally bill at $385/ hour, and we are open to creative billing arrangements, including flat fees and segmented billing.
