Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Only if there's no fee involved.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

Our fee is based on a percentage. It is not unusual for two attorneys to participate in case strategy. This does not cost the client a dime more. We tell clients: "you get two attorneys for the price of one".

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

We screen our cases for "on-the-record" decision candidates.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Yes.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We care about people. We strive to "love our neighbor".

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

They must be able to read and understand their medical records to know the whole story.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

If we feel that (1.) they don't need representation, or (2.) that no one will agree to represent them.
