Firm Overview

At Steinger, Iscoe & Greene we are a proven legal team whose number one goal is to get South Florida injury victims every dollar they truly deserve. We specialize in all vehicular accidents — auto, motorcycle, truck, bicycle, pedestrian and boat as well as dog bites, slip and fall, birth injuries, brain and catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

In 1997, personal injury attorney Michael S. Steinger met fellow personal injury attorney Gary T. Iscoe and formed a partnership to create the law firm of Steinger & Iscoe, P.A. From their inception, Steinger and Iscoe set out with the goal to help others who were the victims of some accident or injury, through no fault of their own, and bring justice to people in the West Palm Beach community.

Founding Partner Michael Steinger was the first member of his family to graduate college. Steinger attended Arizona State University for his undergraduate degree, and Southwestern University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1993. Since the creation of the personal injury law firm, Steinger, Iscoe & Greene has never represented an insurance company or large corporation, and Michael Steinger vows to keep this promise.

Co-Founding Partner Gary Iscoe attended Hunter College, City University of New York for his undergraduate degree, and University of Miami School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Iscoe draws upon the discipline, dedication, and perseverance he learned while serving in the U.S. Army to represent and advocate for his clients.

Michael Steinger was one of the first lawyers in South Florida to advertise for personal injury cases on television and billboards.

Desiring to grow their legal practices, in 2005 Michael Steinger and Gary Iscoe named Sean Greene as a partner to the firm, thus creating Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, P.A. The enhanced partnership brought about the expansion of an office in Port St. Lucie, to serve the needs of car accident, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other personal injury cases in the Treasure Coast of Florida.

Sean Greene is one of the first lawyers in the country to have completed Harvard University's National College of Driving Under the Influence Defense. He has represented coaches and players in the National Football League (NFL) and Major League Baseball (MLB), who have been victims of personal injuries. He also received the highest distinction of an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, which recognizes Sean Greene as possessing "Very High-Preeminent" legal ability with "Very High" ethical standards.

In 2008, the law firm expanded to the very competitive markets of Fort Lauderdale and Miami. After securing office space in Coral Gables and Ft. Lauderdale, the reputation of the firm grew. Currently, 15 personal injury lawyers work from these two locations. Michael A. Feiner was made managing partner and oversees these offices, assisting the attorneys with their cases.

Michael Feiner is a great asset to the growing firm, having handled all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of plaintiffs, including automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, dog bites, and sexual harassment. It was his product liability case against Microsoft, as well as his representation of victims of sexual harassment and abuse by physicians, that brought him to the attention of the founders of the firm.

In April of 2016, Steinger, Iscoe & Greene was rated the #1 Top Workplace in South Florida by the Sun Sentinel. With nearly 150 employees and four offices in Florida, the law firm ranked as the No. 1 small employer in South Florida in the Sun Sentinel's Top Workplaces project for 2016.

Today, Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, P.A. has grown to over 35 attorneys and 150 employees in 4 offices. The legal team at Steinger, Iscoe & Greene works relentlessly to fight insurance companies on behalf of injured victims and recover the most for their clients. Michael Steinger and Gary Iscoe's founding philosophy is embedded into the firm's culture: "We are here every day together, day-in and day-out, working diligently for our clients, so enjoying what you do and who you work with is of utmost importance. Having consistency in staff is the key to being able to follow through on cases, giving clients the best chance for recovery."

Example cases:
$13 MILLION Settlement for a bicyclist hit and injured by a car.
$11.5 MILLION Settlement for catastrophic auto accident.

Gary Iscoe

As co-founding partner of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, Gary T. Iscoe draws upon the discipline, dedication, and perseverance he learned while serving in the U.S. Army. He uses these skills to represent and advocate for his clients. His years stationed at the Staff Judge Advocate's Office at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, laid, in part, the foundation from which he approaches each client and each case.

In addition, Mr. Iscoe's 20 years' legal experience in Florida began with his work at Liberty Mutual, a large national insurance company. Later, he specialized in defending doctors and hospitals from negligence claims. Today, Mr. Iscoe utilizes this unique, first-hand professional experience and insight toward helping and protecting the rights of his clients, those who have suffered due to someone else's negligence.

Licensed to practice law in Florida's state and federal courts, Mr. Iscoe focuses his practice on litigating cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, premises and automobile liability matters. Due to his extensive experience in the field of law, he has recovered multiple million dollar settlements for his clients.

Mr. Iscoe also is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Palm Beach Justice Association, Florida Justice Association, and has served as a Florida Bar Grievance Subcommittee Chair. Throughout his accomplished legal career, he has always remained committed to his firm's clients. Mr. Iscoe takes pride in helping innocent people in tough situations defend their rights.

"Our clients are #1," Mr. Iscoe likes to remind his staff. "Our clients are the reason I and the entire Steinger, Iscoe & Greene legal team come to work each day."
