Brett Steinberg began his career representing individuals accused of committing criminal offenses at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Having tried dozens of cases to verdict and spending countless hours in the courtroom, litigation comes quite naturally to Mr. Steinberg.
Following the at experience, Mr. Steinberg has spent the past 6 years handling both criminal matters and representing personal injury victims, which was a natural progression from his work at the Public Defender's Office.
Brett Steinberg brings 10 years of criminal and personal injury experience to the table. Having spent 4 of those years working at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office and 6 years litigating personal injury matters, Mr. Steinberg is extremely comfortable in a courtroom. As such, if a personal injury victim is not offered adequate compensation for his or her injuries or a criminal defendant is not satisfied with a proposed plea agreement, Mr. Steinberg has the experience and confidence to present your case to a jury.
There are many lawyers out there that will make promises and assurances regarding the treatment their clients will receive and the outcome of those cases. However, very seldom do those promises and assurances come true.
At Steinberg Law, every client is treated with personal attention and professionalism. Mr. Steinberg takes the time to meet with every client and learn what their expectations are so he can determine the best method to obtain that result.
We provide personal attention and, in turn, produce maximized results.
