Ryan E. Simpson, the firm's founder, is a Utah native, licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts in Utah.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Utah, and a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. Ryan has focused his practice on bankruptcy, asset protection, real estate transactions, construction law, collection law, and estate planning.
Ryan is married and has four wonderful children who provide him with great joy. He enjoys spending time with his family, golf, and of course University of Utah Football.

Mr. Cordial has spent several years working in real estate securitization, development and management. He is a skilled and experienced bank and creditor negotiator.
After graduating from Columbia University, NYC, Craig conducted corporate finance with a Wall Street investment banking firm where he structured and marketed private securities offerings, risk assessment, investment finance analysis, asset management and due diligence on offerings in real estate, oil and gas and media.
As a non-attorney, Mr. Cordial offers clients a unique perspective and shares an unsurpassed breadth and depth of mortgage regulation expertise, including federal and FHA waterfall modification guidelines, escalation and enforcement. Mr. Cordial has worked with state and federal agencies, watch dog groups and national corporations to provide clients resolution to mortgage modification disputes and enforce servicer compliance. He has directly negotiated and overseen $36 million in mortgage modification, mortgage assistance and principal forgiveness, providing clients with genuine lasting financial relief.
