Estate Planning is something that every responsible adult should do. This planning will save the time, money, and (often) sanity of your loved ones.
We design estate plans to be specifically tailored to your needs. An estate plan should be a powerful, yet flexible, tool. The right plan can ease the stress involved with death and incapacity. Even when you are gone, your plan can give legally enforceable directions for the care of children, elderly loved ones, and distribution of property. The right type of plan can be put into effect with a minimal amount of fuss.
Probate Court gives you the authority to administer the estate of your loved ones. If other arrangements have not been made, this process may be required to transfer property to new owners.
Navigating through a probate procedure is difficult, especially during a stressful and emotionally trying time. We can give you the counsel and help you will need in dealing with the probate process. Having an attorney is critical if you are the personal representative of the estate, or if you are merely trying to preserve your rights to inherit a portion of the estate.
