Sokoloff & Weinstein, P.A. is located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Our firm, formed by Elliot Sokoloff, Esq. and Seth Weinstein, Esq. in 1993, handles Personal Injury & Wrongful Death including: Automobile Collisions, Professional Negligence, Slip and Falls, Nursing Home Negligence (handled by and through Stanley V. Buky, Esq ., who is 'of-counsel' to Sokoloff & Weinstein, P.A.), Workers Compensation/On the Job Injuries (handled by and through David Cohen , Esq., who is also 'of-counsel' to Sokoloff & Weinstein, P.A.), Products Liability, Wills, Trusts, Estates, & Probate, Corporate and Business Law, Real Estate Transactional Work (Closings: Commercial and Residential), Professional Collections and Civil Litigation legal matters regarding probate and personal injury.

Of counsel to Sokoloff & Weinstein, P.A., is David Cohen, Esq., who graduated from the University of Maryland 1990 with a degree in criminal justice, and in 1993 he graduated from the Nova University School of Law. He has been practicing exclusively in the area of workers' compensation law since 1993, most recently, prior to opening his own practice, with the Law Offices of Philip J. Feldman and Associates. He entered into private practice as a sole practitioner in February 2000.

Also of counsel to our firm is Stanley Buky, Esq ., who did his undergraduate studies at University of Florida and graduated from Georgia State University in 1977 with magna cum laude honors. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1980. After having been intimately involved with representing insurance companies and big businesses and having seen their dealings firsthand for over seventeen years, Mr. Buky sought more personal satisfaction in the practice of law. In 1997, Mr. Buky opened his own law firm representing people who have been wrongfully injured at the hands of negligent drivers, airlines, cruise lines, big business, physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, careless manufacturers of defective products, pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.

The cornerstone of our success is the quality relationships that we maintain with our clients. Clients are treated with integrity and respect for their needs, goals, and objectives. We focus on intelligent legal representation and pledge to listen to and communicate with our clients.

We use the latest technology and cost-effective methods to provide services in a professional and friendly atmosphere.
