Firm Overview

We are the only law firm in Minnesota with five attorneys and a former city assessor devoted exclusively to handling property tax appeals. We file more cases than any other firm, and each of us has more than twenty years experience in handling complex property tax issues. We pride ourselves on long-term relationships with our clients, many of whom have been with us for all or most of the firm's existence.
Our services include: annual review of the assessment, with a recommendation for action; tax forecasting; detailed status reports for clients with multiple properties; and professional representation grounded on solid appraisal and legal reasoning. Most important, we offer a team approach that other providers cannot match.
