How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

At the Slechter Law Firm, PLLC, we are committed to providing aggressive, competent representation to clients whose lives have been turned upside down by catastrophic personal injuries. These injuries often occur in the context of trucking accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability and nursing home neglect. We derive the greatest satisfaction and personal fulfillment by employing our expertise and experience to obtain justice for the victims of these serious personal injuries.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Not all lawyers have the experience or financial wherewithal to litigate complex cases involving trucking accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability and nursing home neglect. Our lawyers bring to the table approximately forty years' combined litigation experience, along with the willingness and ability to push a case as far as necessary, including trial, to obtain justice for our clients.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

At the Slechter Law Firm, PLLC, we understand the devastating consequences of serious personal injuries, and that those injuries affect different people in different ways. We treat each client as an individual, not a number. We are not a high-volume personal injury practice, but a small firm committed to giving personal attention to every client. At the Slechter Law Firm, PLLC, clients deal directly with veteran trial attorneys, and their claims are never handed off to support staff.
