I have done business transactional work for over 30 years, from contracts and leases to formation of Partnerships, Corporations and LLCs. I assist clients in business sales and aquisitions. I also represent clients in litigated matters.
In business matters an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Business people want their issues dealt with as quickly and inexpensively as possible. However, it is equally important to deliver a completed product of excellent quality and appearance that will stand the test of time. We strive to serve both these ends and to serve ALL of the needs of our clients.

Many of our clients have been with us for decades and are a constant source of referral business, a circumstance of which we are very proud. We nevertheless strive to attract new clients, whose challenges we are equally anxious to serve.

My assistant, Gaye Lingley, has been helping me with this work for more than 30 years. We would appreciate the opportunity to be of service. Please call us or send us an e mail, so we can schedule your free 30 minute consultation. Thanks for reading.
