How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Our firm decided on family law, criminal defense, and immigration law because frequently these areas of law are greatly intertwined. For example, a criminal accusation can affect ones immigration status which affects their family.

Often, domestic violence accusations lead to criminal charges and the filing of a divorce where custody becomes an issue.

Shannon Briley-Holmes is a former United States Marine and a six year veteran of the Atlanta Police Department with a special talent for Motions to Suppress in criminal drug cases. Shannon has had numerous felony jury trials, the greater portion of which have returned a verdict of "not guilty".

Shannon understands people make mistakes and should not be defined by those mistakes.
