Setareh Law Group

Setareh Law Group

We are trial and appellate lawyers with over 70 years of experience and have recovered more than $100 million for our deserving clients. We are relentless in the pursuit of justice and are inspired by the courageous people who need us most.

Firm Overview

We are recognized as leaders in the legal profession based on our record of success. We are not intimidated by large, major corporations who hire high-powered lawyers to represent them. We believe that everyone is entitled to have a zealous advocate who will fight every step of the way to ensure that your rights are protected and that you get what you deserve under the law.

We focus on high-impact and complex class action cases involving wage and hour, consumer protection and mass tort cases throughout California. In many cases, even when an individual is harmed or has suffered damages, the cost is just too much to afford an attorney. Moreover, many large, major corporation count on the fact that it costs too much to litigate and are able to just get away with it.

At the Setareh Law Group, we were founded on the principle that everyone deserves their day in court. We are selective in the kind of cases that we take. But once we agree to take on your case, we are relentless and will take your case all the way through trial if that is the only way to obtain the justice for you.
