My firm is unwaveringly committed to helping clients who are struggling with issues pertaining to family law. I take my role as a Tampa family lawyer extremely seriously. Should a client choose to be represented by an attorney at my firm, they will be able to be confident knowing that they will not just have legal representation - they will have an advocate that is deeply committed to helping them deal with their divorce, legal separation or other family law issue as quickly and painlessly as possible.
My firm was established in 2001 an attempt to provide clients throughout west Central Florida with experienced and compassionate family law representation. Clients who reside in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Manatee County can be confident knowing that they will have someone on their side that they can trust should they work with an attorney from our firm.
Due to my belief in client-attorney confidentiality, I do not release case examples. Contact my firm to discuss your case with me and to learn more about how I can help you personally.

I chose family law because of the intensely personal impact that it can have on the lives of those who deal with. They are not dealing with an impersonal area of the law - they are dealing with relationships and families. For this reason, I have devoted myself to helping them through this area with as much compassion and guidance as possible.
I do not encourage clients to enter into any family law issue blindly. I do not believe that clients will ever be fully able to have an expert's grasp on the law - it takes years of education and schooling to even come close - but I do think that by having a basic understanding, they will be better equipped to stay informed and involved.
My answer to this will be completely dependent on the document in question. Should the document be relevant to the case, I will gladly review it so that I have more information in which I will be able to build a case.
In an initial case review, my client and I will be able to discuss their case and determine the best way in which I will be able to help them.
Before establishing my firm, I was employed at the Office of the State Attorney for the Third Judicial Circuit as a prosecutor. I also served at the Hillsborough County Public Defender's Office.
My experience in many different aspects of the law has given me a well-rounded understanding that I am able to apply every day to the unique situations that I encounter. I am also proud to say that I am Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law, as well as Criminal Trial Law. I am therefore exceedingly knowledgeable about the law - something that my clients can benefit from every single time that they choose to work with me.
I am compassionate, yet aggressive. I know how important it is to treat my clients with supportive assistance, and to give them the respect that they deserve. That being said, I am relentless in my pursuit of their just outcome and will work tirelessly to help them obtain their desirable result.Personal interests:
