He represents clients in acquisition, development, construction, financing (debt and equity), adaptive reuse, leasing, operation, management, disposition, and other matters. Mr. Bloomer has worked with a full range of property types, including raw land, master-planned residential communities, multi-family, senior housing, student housing, mixed-use developments, high-rise office buildings, hospital and medical office buildings, hotels, free-standing retail centers, restaurants, regional malls, shopping centers, and condominium regimes.
Mr. Bloomer also works with both lending institutions and commercial borrowers in the negotiation, due diligence investigation, structuring, restructuring, documentation and closing of commercial and project finance transactions. His representation includes assisting banks and other financial institutions in the disposition of performing and non-performing loans and loan portfolios, which include negotiating, structuring, documenting and closing on pre- and post-debtor bankruptcy workouts and asset dispositions.
