At Running Law Firm, your goals matter to us. We know that not every client is the same, so we take the time to determine what the client's expectations and goals are. We then tailor the client's bankruptcy to accomplish those goals. We treat every client with the respect that he or she deserves.
In addition, at Running Law Firm, you will always have access to an attorney. We are with you from the beginning to the end, unlike other firms who may hand you off to a paralegal or legal assistant after the initial contact, you will always speak to an attorney when you call with questions.
Terri A. Running, shareholder in the Running Law Firm, concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law. Ms. Running represents financially troubled individuals and families in workouts and settlements; debtors in chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases and consumer matters; and herself as a Chapter 7 Trustee in contested matters and adversary proceedings. She offers over eighteen years of legal experience in banking, bankruptcy, litigation and consumer matters.
With significant experience handling a wide variety of bankruptcy cases, Attorney Jesse Horoshak is able to bring relief to people dealing with challenging financial circumstances. He understands the difficult personal and financial situations that confront individuals and families who are burdened with debts and overdue payments and bills and enjoys working with them to bring about a positive solution to the complex problems that they are facing.
