Child Custody
I always strive to settle matters in the best interest of my clients' children. When settlement is not an option, I am a tireless litigator, and will help guide you through child custody litigation.
In Pennsylvania, our child custody matters are decided in the best interest of children. I represent my clients with that philosophy in mind. Handling Child Custody matters means navigating many complicated worlds, including alcohol and drug addiction of a parent, criminal matters facing our clients or their spouses, and the relocation of one parent with the child(ren). I help my clients navigate these worlds, and accomplish what they know is in the best interest of their children.
Divorce
Settlement is always the first option. If settlement fails, I will help guide you through litigation related to your divorce.
Divorce can be a painful experience, and your attorney is there to help guide you through what often feels like a "mystery" of legal process. Together, we will help safeguard your financial future, and finalize your divorce in the manner you find is best. Throughout the process of Equitable Distribution of your marital property, I will work with you to obtain the very best outcome the law can provide.
Family
As a Family Law attorney, I serve to help you help your family.
As a Family Law attorney, it is my responsibility to help you help your family -- whether that means negotiating a child custody arrangement that is in your child(ren)'s best interest, or helping you finalize an agreement for your amicable divorce or, if settlement fails, litigating your divorce to help you protect your financial future. We work together every step of the way, and I help provide clarity during a process that can seem confusing. I am here to answer your questions, guide you when necessary, and help you accomplish your goals.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I decided to make Family Law, including Child Custody, Divorce, and Support, my primary area of practice for many reasons. As a Family Law attorney, I am able to help people through one of the most difficult transitions anyone can endure -- and I can share in their enjoyment at the new life they create. Together with my clients, I can help fight for what is right for them, and cushion their children from litigation. As a Family Law attorney, I help my clients enhance their family's future, and help protect and safeguard their financial futures.
