The areas of practice for bankruptcy as always worked well with my personality because I like to protect people, not punish them. I decided on bankruptcy early in my law school career. It started one summer by being a clerk for a bankruptcy practice and expanded into many bankruptcy projects for law firms across the state of Arkansas.
I have a long history practicing bankruptcy law as my primary focus since 1985. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1983 and I was an editor on the Arkansas Law Review.
I have an effective and efficient practice because I like to serve clients with close attention to their case and still offer reasonable prices. I like to provide the right solutions for my clients for long term success. My law firm has offices in San Jose and San Francisco.
