Personal Injury

Our firm can handle nearly any case involving an injury or an accident, inside or outside of work.

The personal injury attorneys at Ross & Ross have the experience needed to investigate and prove liability through the use of expert witnesses and forensic evidence. They also devote careful attention to the damages side of your accident claim and will make sure that the full range of your injuries/ losses is fully documented and presented in clear and persuasive terms.

We collect medical records and consult with medical experts to demonstrate the extent of your injuries, such as fractures, soft tissue injuries, severe lacerations, whiplash or trauma to the neck or back. In addition, in cases involving severe or disabling injuries, such as brain trauma, spinal cord injury or extensive burns, we consult with life care planning experts to estimate the future impact the injury will have on you and your family. Our lawyers also represent the surviving families of fatal car crash victims - pursuing compensation for lost income, funeral expenses and loss of consortium.

In accidents involving commercial drivers or delivery drivers, we can usually help you recover workers' compensation benefits while developing your personal injury case against the driver at fault. In addition, we understand the complex rules applicable to on-the-job car accidents involving municipal employees or police officers.

Our Springfield law firm also handles other motor vehicle accident cases, such as those involving:
