How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Each of our attorneys have gravitated towards various areas of law through their careers. We each have a unique skill set and distinct professional background that adds together to create a greater whole.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

The attorneys of Rosenberg, Miller, Hite and Morilla all share one thing in common: We have all been people in need of good legal council. Invariably, some of us were dissatisfied with the council we received and felt that we could do better. Rosenberg, Miller, Hite and Morilla is a firm intent upon doing better for our clients than they can receive any where else. Our hallmark is accessibility and availability. We make certain that we are always there for our clients.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Having all worked in other firms earlier in our careers, we each were dissatisfied with client care. We put an emphasis on the person rather than the problem. Each client is treated as a friend rather than simply a patron. Every client knows that they can access their attorney day or night at any hour in a life or death emergency. To our knowledge, no other firm has such a policy. To prove our point, each attorney's cell phone number is listed on their business card. When an emergency occurs, we want to know and make sure our clients know we are there for them.
