Rose Legal Services is a DWI and criminal defense law firm in Saint Louis, MO. We practice in Saint Louis County, Saint Charles County, Jefferson County, Saint Louis City, Warren County, Franklin County, and municipal courts throughout the area.
I do this work because I want to help people, whether they have been wrongly accused or whether they have made a mistake. I get to know my clients, I learn their personal stories, and I understand they are facing one of the most difficult times of their lives.

You can count on me to personally handle your case. When you hire me as your attorney, you get me not my associate, not a junior attorney, not my staff, and certainly not an answering service.

I will be accessible to you. You will have my personal cell phone number and e-mail address, and you are always welcome to schedule an appointment to see me. If you're in jail, I will come to you. I also have open office hours where I meet with anyone on a first-come first-served basis, no appointment necessary every Tuesday 4:00-6:00 and every Friday 1:00-3:00 at my main office in Sunset Hills.

As your attorney, I will thoroughly investigate your case and prepare a defense. And most importantly, if you choose to proceed to trial instead of agreeing to a plea, I will aggressively litigate your case to a judge or jury. Just because you have been charged with a crime does not mean the prosecution can prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt, and your attorney should demand that the prosecution do so.

Finally, your fees will be fair and reasonable. We will discuss my fees at your initial consultation, and there will be no surprises. If you have regular income, we can often work out a payment plan. I think you will find that my fees are fair and reasonable for the services you will receive.
