Kate graduated from Texas A&M School of Law and has practiced largely Family and Criminal Law. It is her passion, regardless of the area of law in which she is practicing to protect her client and to see that justice is done.
Kate grew up in Texas and moved to the Dallas, Ft. Worth area in 1999. Kate attended University of Texas at Arlington and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology in 2006. Two years later Kate attended Texas A & M School of Law in Ft. Worth where she graduated in 2011.
Kate has experience in many aspects of Family Law including Divorce, Custody, Visitation, Child Support, Spousal Support, equitable distribution of property, Pre-Marital Agreements, Marital and Property Settlement Agreements, Postnuptial Agreements and Protective Orders to name a few.
