Tax
Colorado-based Tax Law Firm that handled all Colorado and IRS tax problems. Free Consultation!
Did you know that most IRS resolution companies say they have "tax lawyers"...but that's only a half-truth. Tax resolution companies are NOT law firms and they are NOT regulated by the Colorado Supreme Court. Those "tax lawyers" and those "companies" cannot give you legal advice - ever.

When you call one of those companies, you will probably talk with a salesperson that is trying to "close" and make sale. Salespeople get paid on a commission, so how can you trust what they are telling you? You can't.

Don't make that mistake.

We are a real Colorado law firm with real Colorado lawyers. We do not have salespeople, and your entire appointment will be with a lawyer that will actually handle your case. You can meet with us in person in one of our three locations in Colorado or over the phone.

Everything we talk about is protected by the attorney-client privilege. We never disclose confidential information.

Here is a recap:
1. We do not have salespeople.
2. We actually give legal advice.
3. We will file a lawsuit in Tax Court if it is necessary in your case.
4. All money you give us is held in a Trust Account until it is earned and is protected by law.
5. The attorney-client privilege protects our conversations.
5. You will meet with a tax attorney.

If you are considering hiring a tax resolution company, I welcome you to call and talk to one of our tax lawyers in a FREE one-on-one consultation to discuss how to resolve your tax problems.

Best regards,
Bill Henry
