One of a lawyer's most important jobs in the courtroom or in transactional matters is to plan for the unexpected, and we've learned that nowhere is this more important than in the area of estate planning. We tend to forget about the uncertainties of the future until those uncertainties are almost upon us. That's why now is the time to make the necessary plans for the future to secure your assets for your family.
