How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Early in my career I worked with people in the real estate and property management business. While still in law school my clerkship was with a family law firm where I became aware of just how much help competent representation could be.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I believe clients should feel free to educate themselves on legal issues. Our website contains a page with links to various legal resources.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I frequently review documents prepared by clients to ensure the documents meet their needs.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I help clients who wish to represent themselves.

Robert S. Hayes

Prior to starting Robert S. Hayes, P.A., I worked for Lawrence Johnson & Associates in Winter Park. I have also served as an adjunct professor for Valencia Community College for business law, real estate, and paralegal studies.

Working from the age of 16, I developed an appreciation for the financial toll that legal matters can take on business and families. We try to provide our service in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible.

I like to think my strength is the ability to resolve complex situations through negotiation when appropriate or trial when necessary.
