Robert C. Duthie III, known to all as "Bobby", has been practicing law in Colorado for over 30 years, establishing a solid reputation for his excellence in oral argument and trial strategy. Attorney Duthie was born in Vallejo, CA (1952) but grew up in Durango, CO excelling at skiing, golf and debate while in high school. After a stint in the U.S. Navy, Bobby received a B.A. in English Literature from University of Colorado and then a Masters in Business Administration (Finance/Marketing) before entering law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law and receiving his J.D. in 1981. Bobby returned to Durango and joined his father's law practice that same year. As a long-standing pillar of the legal community, Attorney Duthie is distinguished for his professionalism and ethics. Most of his legal career he has specialized in insurance defense, criminal defense, and emphasized a broad Trial Practice. His many years of experience make him well versed in many areas of law and capable of representing clients in all criminal and civil proceedings in local, state and federal courts.
