Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Since an estate plan is tailored to each client's unique situation and objectives, we try to avoid quoting a generic fee in advance. It is imperative to first meet for your free consultation with Attorney Riley so we can assess your needs and everyone is on the same page.

That being said, our will-based plans start in the $450-$600 range, and additional services including trusts, deeds, Health Care Directives, Powers of Attorney, etc. are quoted individually. Nearly all of our services are offered on a flat-fee basis to avoid unexpected surprises and invoices.

Greg Riley graduated from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1994, and was admitted to The Florida Bar (1995), State Bar of Georgia (1998), and the U.S. District Court-Northern District of Georgia. After serving as VP and in-house counsel at a privately-owned company, Greg reentered full-time law practice in 2003 and has been active in the areas of real estate, wills and trusts, bankruptcy, and business law. Greg is a member of Wealth Counsel, a premier national organization of estate planning and elder law attorneys who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals and families. He is also a member of the Technology Committee of the American Land Title Association (ALTA). With over a decade of legal experience, nearly two decades of business experience, and as a husband and father of three children, Greg understands the value of family, property, and the right kind of planning to protect them. His focus is on leading a client-focused law firm that delivers personalized services designed to meet the specific needs of his clients.
