How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Chapter 11 practice is a healthy blend of business transactional work and litigation. Rather than merely being tasked with a specific transaction or litigation issue, business reorganization requires the firms' attorneys to review the business' financial well being as a whole, including the understanding and sythesis of all of the moving pieces and problems. From 22+ years of this type of experience, Mr. Grant enjoys tackling systemic business problems and solving them.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Having worked with and for 3 United States Bankruptcy Judges, working at a boutique Chapter 11 bankruptcy firm that handled the Dow Corning Corporation Chapter 11, Continential Airlines, and more, publishing articles on bankruptcy developments for over 4 years, Mr. Grant has the depth of experience you need to solve your issues.

However, with this experience, Mr. Grant endeavors to keep overhead low, passing that savings to you.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Having the experience and background of all major law firms in this area, the firm is able to charge small firm rates.
