Our firm can also assist clients with negotiating sales and acquisition agreements, financing agreements with lenders, including loans guaranteed by the U.S. SmallBusiness Administration, and construction agreements for new construction.

In some cases, an entity may need restructuring for any number of reasons, including tax consequences, liability of the owners or the smooth operation of the business. We help clients create a favorable restructuring plan that will take into consideration future growth and dovetail your business with your estate planning needs.
