How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

It was a natural evolution, as I was already engaging in trial work and injury work.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Clients should become as generally familiar with the laws as they can; they should more particularly be familiar as best they can with the legal issues they're currently dealing with. They must, however, be very careful not to assume that the legal knowledge they have is accurate or complete. Ideally, clients should get as much information as they can as a vehicle to use my more expert services.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes, often.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I do help those who need to represent themselves, but in a limited scope and cautious manner.
